MARS (Marketing, Advertising, Retail and Sales) Mix is a conference that brings together students and professionals from all perspectives of Marketing, Advertising, Retail and Sales to provide mutually enlightening experiences. It is one of DeGroote’s biggest and newest conferences. This marketing conference compliments classroom learning; presenting real world insights from experts. It enables learning and networking in an exciting new form that fosters new relationships as we bridge the school-industry gap.

Theme: Empire state of product

In an increasingly strategic and scheme-screaming business environment, creating a well-built empire of products is the most essential stage of a marketing process. As more products enter the marketplace and flood our senses with a bundle of messages, we are in an overload state of mind of translating and visually categorizing each item.

The DMA chose the product related theme because without a solid frontier of products to master the marketplace, no marketing or advertising would be required!

Speakers: Product masters

Tangible or not, the products showcased at MARS Mix are the kings of their markets. They are bold and powerful, dominating the marketplace with their wonder and awe. Speakers from Ice Syrup, Microsoft, Flight Network, McDonalds, GM and Kraft will showcase their challenges, successes and ultimately the tools that are necessary to stay ahead of the power hungry competition.
