- Let’s Do Business was inspired by the story of Kyle MacDonald who started with one red paperclip and after several trades, finished with a house in Saskatchewan. Similar to Kyle’s adventure, Let’s Do Business starts with a $5 gift certificate from McMaster’s Titles Bookstore where they must strategize to make trades for more valuable items. This competition is designed for first year commerce students to develop their skills in strategic thinking, communication, negotiations and interpersonal influence.

- Teams need to submit a cover letter by Monday, October 24 (by 11.59pm). The topic for the 1 page cover letter is, “Why we would be an excellent team for Let’s Do Business”.
